Step 1: Create a new blank PST
Follow the steps to create a new blank PST

• In the Outlook window, click on New Items -> More Items -> Outlook Data File
• Select a location to save the new blank PST and provide a name for it
• Click on Ok

Step 2: Merge all existing PSTs into the newly created blank PST
To merge all existing PSTs into the new file created above, follow these steps:

• In the Outlook window, click on File -> Open -> Import
• This will open the Import-Export Wizard. Select Import from another program or file
