oopss.
gak ada cara buat hilangin lemak pada bagian tubuh tertentu kecuali dengan liposuction..

kalo latihan dada itu agar dada menjadi kencang dan berisi

ente udah nyampe proses apa ndan? lagi Cutting / Burning..? Bulking'nya udah kelar?

Sejauh yang saya tahu, latihan dasar dada adalah bench press dan melakukan latihan dengan dumb bells.
