Responsibilities:

� Provide technical assistance to users, support users on PC and other IT equipment

� Ensure that user is using the application program that was tested and reliable. support network maintaining also troubleshooting

Requirements:

� Male, max of age 35 years old

� At least D1/ D3/ S1 Graduate in IT or Management Information System from reputable University (Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent)

� Min. 1 years of working experience as IT Support Software

� Advanced understanding in SQL Query (MSSQL)

� Having hardware, software & basic network trouble shooting is a plus

� Excellent analytical skill and attention to detail

� Willing to travel around Indonesia on business trip

� Willing to work on extra hours

� Able to work in team
