Just put the files that are in the" Custom Windows 7 Themes" into "C:\Windows\Resources\Themes". You will also have to patch system files to use custom themes, system specific( x64/x86). I have the program to patch the files in the "Must do to use custom themes!" folder. Restart you system and choose your theme. I guarantee that you will love them!
