is a full length, 60 minute workout with Beto Perez, the Zumba founder, participating in the instruction.
5 The Ripped DVD
is made up of two sections totaling 60 minutes. The 1st section uses the 2 toning sticks; the 2nd segment feature chair routines.
6 The Mix DVD
is an advanced workout with some pretty complicated moves from different cultures sprinkled in.
7 The Fitness Concert DVD
is a 60 minute concert that was filmed LIVE before thousands of Zumba fitness enthusiasts. It features Beto along with some of the other instructors you'll meet in the Zumba Fitness Exhilarate workouts
