Responsibilities:
Administers, organizes, and monitors in-house and overseas training programs that are planned & prepared by Training Analyst, with guideline from superior
Determines and selects the right in-house training venue for training implementation and performs the administration in booking and securing the training venue with guideline from superior
Prepares all in house training facilities/ materials
Handles all documents, service orders, and payment related to the training programs
Inputs training data and prepares regular progress report of training programs
Plans, schedules, implements and follows up program for Employee Education Programs
Develops and maintains training library to ensure effective usage
Maintains good relationship with government agencies, institution and other departments related to training matters
Prepares accrual of training every month which will be reported to Finance & Accounting department
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Secretarial, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Minimum Academic Background:
Bachelor degree (S-1) in any major, bussiness administration is preferable, with experience in similar job/responsibility, or
Diploma 3 degree (D-3) in Secretarial/administration with minimum 3 years experience at similar job/responsibility.
Has good knowlegde in operating computer (could operate MS Office and Lotus notes well),
Has good sense of customer service, a warm personality, sharp mind and good communication skills.
