Job Description:
1. Test and document bugs
2. Draft and outline possible game enhancements and features
3. Address and resolve customer/player issues
4. Develop and maintain customer/player relations
5. Investigate and document complex issues with regard to bugs, game exploits, trade and other potential issues
6. Document and communicate game/technical/investigation issues to technical staff
7. Organize and run events for the community of players
8. Provide input on content driven events, updates, and future enhancements
9. Monitor game servers to ensure stability and fair game play

Qualifications:
1. Experience with Massive Multiplayer Online Games is preferred
2. Communicational English
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Indonesian language)
4. Minimum: Senior High School (SMA)
5. Quick understanding of a new gameplay
6. Self-directed, detail oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to a uniquely creative environment
7. Familiar to Microsoft Word and Excel
8. Able to work in team and as individual
9. Trustworthy
