Formula 1 2011 Will Come...

Quote:
Formula 1 is the most popular and famous forms of motorsport on our planet. With the new season about to get underway, let's break down the three hopefuls.

Motorsport fans are excited right now, we are just a couple of weeks away from the new Formula 1 season getting underway on the streets of Melbourne. With all the controversy and success of last year's season, will the champion Sebastian Vettel be able to repeat his championship winning ways, or will we see a breakout superstar that is going to take the world of Formula 1 by storm? A new Indian Grand Prix will spice things up for sure. Let's look at the three best chances to rule the world of Formula 1 in 2011.

Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull Racing Team)
The current Formula 1 World Champion, Sebastian Vettel, in one year managed to show each and every one of his critics that he is one of the best drivers in the world. Throughout much of 2010 Vettel raced with a pretty unreliable car but still managed to win the championship despite close challenges from both Fernando Alonso and Mark Webber. In the championship deciding race last year Vettel outraced both of his closest rivals to win the race and championship comfortably in the end. We are expecting Sebastian Vettel to once again be at the front of the field in 2011 especially since he is Red Bull's number one driver. If history is anything to go buy Sebastian Vettel could well win back to back championships in 2011.

Fernando Alonso (Ferrari Racing Team)
Already one of the most famous drivers in Formula 1 history, Fernando Alonso is a two-time world champion and is one of the toughest tasks for any Formula 1 driver to get past on the race track. Despite some of last year's off-track incidents Alonso remained the closest challenge to last year's champion Sebastian Vettel right throughout the season. It is very much possible that Alonso will take his Ferrari to his third championship in 2011 after he was heavily stung at the end of last year's final race. Being Ferraris number one driver for the second year running you would be the bravest person on the planet to rule out the chances of a third championship for Fernando Alonso in 2011.

Mark Webber (Red Bull Racing Team)
You could say that in 2010 Mark Webber had the most bad luck a man could possibly have. There was much controversy between Webber and Vettel inside the Red Bull garage last year, hopefully this does not hinder the chances of Webber this season. He was the most consistent of all three championship contenders in 2010 but the title hunt just did not go his way in the final races of the season. If you break down the stats, Webber would make history if he were to win the championship and after two straight seasons of being right up there we are all predicting a strong performance from Mark Webber this year. Mark Webber has the most chance of winning the championship in 2011 based on recent racing form.

The Best Season Of Formula 1 Lies Ahead
You can talk about stats and potential winners all you want but this is a fact, the 2011 FIA Formula 1 season is going to be the closest we have ever seen. The streets of Melbourne will host the first round of this year's championship and you can catch all the action LIVE on Sky Sport and Global TV in HD right throughout this years season. Prepare for excitement!
