Default Resep Paru: Ungkep Paru Pedas

- Sekali-sekali boleh juga mencicipi lauk paru-paru yang enak gurih ini. Ada rasa pedas dan semburat yang bikin paru rasanya makin mantap.

Bahan:

500 g paru sapi
750 ml air
2 lembar daun salam
minyak goreng

Haluskan:

5 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
2 buah cabai merah
1 sdt ketumbar
� sdt merica butiran
1 sdt garam
50 g gula merah, sisir

Cara membuat:


  • Potong-potong paru sapi.
  • Rebus paru sapi bersama bumbu dan daun salam hingga empuk dan bumbu mengering. Tiriskan.
  • Goreng paru sapi hingga kecokelatan.
  • Angkat dan tiriskan.
  • Sajikan hangat.
