Ketika tuntutan persamaan hak sudah dilontarkan dan persamaan persepsi sudah bisa diterima di masyarakat, maka dibentuklah suatu Universitas yang mahasiswanya (mahasiswa ato mahasiswi?) adalah para pelaku transgender alias waria.
Universitas ini ada di Thailand, yang menjadi surga kebebasan transgender tentunya. Pendidikan yang diberikan lebih ke arah pembekalan diri bidang ilmu ketrampilan, seperti Pengembangan Kepribadian, Tata Boga, Tata Busana, Tata Rias.
