Default Sambal Tongkol Kering



Bahan:
300 gr daging ikan tongkol
� sdt garam
1 sdm air jeruk nipis
1 btg serai, iris tipis
15 lbr daun jeruk, iris tipis
5 sdm minyak untuk menumis

Tumbuk kasar:
8 bh bawang merah
10 bh cabai merah
3 bh cabai rawit
2 cm jahe
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Lumuri ikan tongkol dengan garam dan air jeruk nipis, diamkan 15 menit.
2. Goreng ikan tongkol hingga renyah, sisihkan.
3. Tumis bumbu tumbuk, serai dan daun jeruk hingga harum. Masukkan tongkol, aduk hingga bumbu meresap.
4. Angkat, lalu hidangkan panas.
