Default Mango Pudding

Bahan A:
675 g gula pasir
100 g gelatine bubuk putih
900 g air mendidih

Bahan B:
525 g santan cair instan (misal Kara)
675 g susu evaporated Carnation
600 g whipping cream (misal Cremidor, Anchor, Roselle)
600 g pure mangga *)
300 g ice cube
1 sdm esens mangga
1 sdm pewarna cair orange red
1 sdm pewarna cair egg yellow

Cara Membuat:


Campur gula dan gelatine. Masukkan ke dalam air yang mendidih. Kocok
sampai larut. Sisihkan.

Aduk jadi satu: santan kara, susu, cream, pure mangga dan ice cube
hingga rata.

Campur dengan campuran gula dan gelatine. Kocok sampai rata. Masukkan
esens mangga dan pewarna. Aduk rata.

Diamkan selama 30 menit.

Masukkan ke dalam cetakan sesuai selera.

Masukkan ke dalam chiller/kulkas selama 3 jam. Apabila dimasukkan ke
dalam freezer cukup � jam saja.

Sebagai pelengkap, siram pudding dengan krim cair. Sajikan segera.
Untuk 20 buah (cetakan kecil)

*) Untuk mendapatkan pure mangga, kupas 1 � kg mangga harummanis,
ambil daging buahnya, potong-potong. Taruh dalam mangkuk blender,
proses hingga lembut.
