Customer : Aku mempunyai masalah dengan komputerku, bisakah anda membantu menyelesaikannya?.
Helpdesk : Apa jenis komputer anda?
Customer : Aku tak tahu, tapi yang jelas warnanya putih

II.
Customer : Hi, aku Celine. Aku tidak bisa mengeluarkan disket dari komputerku.
Helpdesk : Apakah anda telah menekan tombolnya?
Customer : Ya, tapi disket itu tetap nggak mau keluar.
Helpdesk : Sepertinya ini masalah serius, begini saya akan menghubungkan nad dengan bagian ..
Customer : Tunggu .. tunggu, sepertinya masalahnya ada padaku .. aku lupa belum memasukkan disketku, ia masih ada dimeja .. maaf

III.
Customer : Saya baru pertama memakai komputer, bagaimana untuk menjalankannya.
Helpdesk : Pertama klik 'Start' yang ada disebelah kiri bawah komputer
Customer: Hmmmm .. kiri anda atau kiri saya

IV.
Customer : Kenapa saya tidak bisa mengeprint warna merah?
Helpdesk : Apakah anda memakai printer warna?
Customer : Tidak

V.
Customer : Bisakah anda membantuku, sepertinya keyboard di komputerku tidak bisa berfungsi
Helpdesk : Apakah ia sudah dihubungkan ke komputer?
Customer : Hmm .. aku tidak tahu, bagaimana cara untuk memastikannya?
Helpdesk : Ok, angkatlah keyboard anda dan mundurlah 10 langkah
Customer : OK
Helpdesk: Apakah keyboard bersama anda sekarang?
Customer: Ya
Helpdesk: Ok, itu artinya anda belum menghubungkannya ke ke komputer anda!
