Default Kerang Bambu Saus Tiram


Bahan:
500 gr kerang bambu, cuci bersih, rebus
4 bh cabe merah, potong serong
� bh paprika hijau, potong panjang
1 btg daun ketumbar, potong kasar
2 lbr daun salam
1 btg serai, memarkan
2 lbr daun jeruk
4 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap asin
5 siung bawang putih, cincang
40 gr bawang bombai, cincang
1 sdt gula pasir
� sdt garam halus
2 sdm air jeruk nipis
5 sdm minyak goreng
100 ml air

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai hingga harum.
2. Tuang air, kecap asin, saus tiram, gula pasir, garam, daun salam, serai, dan daun jeruk, masak hingga mendidih.
3. Masukkan cabe merah, kerang, air jeruk nipis, paprika, dan daun ketumbar. Masak sambil diaduk-aduk hingga matang. Angkat. Tuang ke dalam piring saji. Hidangkan hangat
