Menurut Moslehi, interaksi negara-negara di Timur Tengah dengan Israel akan berkontribusi pada terciptanya markas teroris dan tindakan mata-mata. Pernyataan ini disampaikan Moslehi setelah sebelumnya dinas intelijen Iran mengumumkan telah menangkap jaringan mata-mata dan teroris yang terkait dengan dinas rahasia Israel, Mossad.
