Default Seafood Kuah Jahe



Sajian ini pasti jadi favorit penggemar seafood. Ikan kakap, bakso ikan udang dan capit rajungan menjadi bahan utama. Kuahnya bening beraroma jahe dan bawang. Tambahan sayuran tentu saja membuat sup ini jadi makin mantap dan komplet isinya. Hirup kuahnya selagi panas mengepul!

Bahan:
Kuah:
1,25 liter air
3 cm jahe, memarkan
3 siung bawang putih, cincang, tumis
1 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdm garam
Bola Ikan Udang, aduk rata:
200 g ikan tenggiri, giling halus
100 g udang kupas, cincang halus
1 butir telur ayam
2 sdm tepung kanji
1 siung bawang putih, parut
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
Isi:
150 g daging ikan kakap/kerapu, iris 1 cm
4 buah cingkong rajungan rebus, potong-potong
75 g lettuce, iris kasar
100 g sawi hijau, potong 3 cm
1 batang daun bawang, ambil bagian yang putih, belah-belah
100 g wortel, potong 3 m, belah-belah

Cara membuat:
  • Bola Ikan Udang: Bentuk adonan menjadi bola-bola sebesar bakso.
  • Rebus atau kukus hingga matang. Angkat, dinginkan.
  • Kuah: Didihkan semua bahan. Masukkan bakso dan semua bahan isi.
  • Didihkan hingga seluruhnya matang. Angkat.
  • Sajikan panas dengan sambal rawit cuka.
