Tiba-tiba saja foto Obama yang berukuran sangat besar terpampang di sebuah billboard time square.
Sebuah Perusahaan pakaian "Weatherproof" menggunakan foto obama saat obama berada di tembok besar china. Foto tersebut diabadikan oleh Asosiasi Pers dan kemudian di beli oleh "Weatherproof" untuk dijadikan iklan produk pakaiannya.

Namun pihak weatherproof tidak meminta ijin kepada pihak gedung putih, padahal sekretaris deputi pers gedung putih, Bill Burton mengatakan bahwa nama Obama tidak boleh dijadikan tujuan komersil apalagi fotonya.
