Default Mi Singkong Vegetarian




Bahan:
200 gr mi cassava basah
2 sdm minyak untuk menumis
2 sdm irisan daun bawang
1 sdm irisan bawang putih
100 gr kacang merah segar direbus, tiriskan
100 gr tempe diiris kecil digoreng
100 ml kaldu
100 gr wortel diserut
1 sdm kecap manis
� sdt garam
� sdt merica halus
80 gr bokcoy dipotong-potong

Cara membuat:
1. Tumis dengan minyak daun bawang dan bawang putih sampai layu.
2. Masukkan kacang merah dan tempe, tuang kaldu, masukkan wortel, aduk, dimasak sebentar, beri kecap, garam dan merica, aduk.
3. Masukkan bokcoy, aduk, masukkan mi, aduk rata, setelah matang, angkat.
4. Hidangkan panas.
