Requirements :

� Male is preferable

� Maximum of age is 26 years old

� Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemistry, Physic, Civil, Science and others)

� Minimum GPA is 2.75

� Fresh graduates are welcome; with two or three years experience is preferable

� Welcome to be placed at our Factory in Tangerang

� Computer literate and good command in English

� Dynamic and exhibits strong leadership potentials in organizational activities

� A visionary with strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Quality Assurance Staff (QA)

Requirements :

Quality Measurement Manager



Measurement accuracy is in the heart of high quality product development. We are looking for a gifted candidate to strengthen our expertise.



Mission : Ensure the adequacy of all measurement systems versus R&D and OEM requests for chemical, physical, in process and tires regulatory testing.



Development and career path :

� Trainings for specific skills acquisition will be granted.

� After 2-3 years, evolve to team management positions in QA, production or R&D

Responsibilities :

� Define and follow the necessary action plan in terms of investment, methods and training.

� Define measurement devices specifications if purchase of new equipment.

� Define or verify measurement and calibration work-methods.

� Support technical teams for new machines or capability improvement for all measurement related topics.

� Support operational teams during external audits by certification body or by OEM customers.

� Work closely with technical teams, R&D, production, chemical, physical, final testing laboratories

Requirements :

� Master of science in mechanics or chemistry or in quality management

� High curiosity, quick-learner, high energy and initiatives.

� Interested in both technical aspects and managerial role

� Both rigor and communication skills are key to succeed in this mission.

� Good command in English is mandatory
