Responsibilities :

� Propose long-term needs for information systems, and plans strategy for developing systems and

acquiring hardware and software to meet application needs.

� Ensures confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual

property.

� Liaise with other Department Managers as end users to assist them in determining IT requirements and solutions.

� Establishes technical priorities, standards, and procedures. Ensures sufficient systems capacity, security, and reliability for organizational needs.



Essential Functions:

� Evaluating user needs and system functionality;

� Ensuring that IT facilities meet the needs of individuals and projects;

� Planning, developing and implementing the IT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, where appropriate, to ensure cost effectiveness;

� Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems;

� Researching and installing new systems;

� Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision;

� Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to;

� Providing secure access to the network for remote users;

� Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack;

� Providing users with appropriate support and advice;

� Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems;

� Mentoring and training IT team;

� Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.



Requirements :

� Male

� Age 30 � 40 years old

� Min. 7 years working experience

� Have a retail working experience min. 3 years

� Bachelor Degree with major in Information Technology or relevant discipline

� Experience in SAP FICO / SBO, Material Management, Sales Distribution, Human Resource, Business Intelligence, Ivend, Jda, Oracle Database or DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server minimum 3 (three) years

� Experience in Network Infrastructure, Wide Area Network, Local Area Network, Security, etc minimum 3 (three) years

Server Operating System :�

Microsoft 2000, 2003, 2008 Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Novell, UNIX, etc

Office Application :�

Microsoft Office 2000, XP, 2003, 2007, Open Office, etc

System Development :�

SAP R/3, SAP Business One, SAP All in One, Ivend, Jda, Oracle/DB2/Microsoft SQL Server Database, MS.Visual Basic, VB.Net, Coldfusion, Ms SQL Server, Crystal Report, Java, etc

Network Infrastructure and Security :�

Local Area Network, Wide Area Network (Fibre Optic, Leased Line, VPN, VSAT, Wireless, etc), Firewall, etc
