gan kantor ane ada posisi kosong nih untuk web design,web programer sama business development..lokasinya strategis didaerah senayan tepatnya di stc (senayan trade center)..masuknya enak gan jam 11 pulangnya jam 7.untuk masing2 posisi ada kriterianya.tolong dibaca yah.oh iya jangan langsung nanya gaji ke ane.pas interview sama bos ane aja nego gajinya yah.



Web designers

Requirements :

� Minimum D3/S1, preferably from Design/IT major.

� At least 1 year experience in similar role.

� Fresh Graduate with proven track record and portfolio will be considered.

� Have very good sense of art and very creative person.

� Able to prioritize, plan and complete multiple projects on-time.

� Required skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), Macromedia Flash.

� Advance Flash design and programming. Knowledge of HTML

� At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Requirement:

� Pria & Wanita usia max 35 tahun

� Pendidikan di bidang IT/komputer

� Required skills: PHP, MySQL, CSS, Ajax, HTML / Javascript

� Familiar with Object-Oriented Programming (CodeIgniter / Kohana Framework)

� Berpengalaman di bidang Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, OpenCart, Prestashop

� Semangat tinggi dan mau bekerja keras

� Mandiri dan inisiatif tinggi

� Mampu bekerja dibawah target dan tanpa pengawasan

� Bekerja baik di dalam team atau individu

� Fresh graduate/entry level are welcome



Responsibilities:

� Konversi PSD menjadi XHTML + CSS

� Konversi XHTML + CSS menjadi Wordpress/Opencart/Joomla theme

� Customize Wordpress/Opencart/Joomla ( plugin, function, theme )

� Validasi antar browser ( IE, FF, Chrome, Opera

Business Development

Job Description:

1. Do marketing research and assist with the development of partnership or campaign with external websites and other businesses that will bring traffic to us and in turn convert it to sales.

2. Learn and practice knowledge in making and developing partnerships/deals with external partners (Telecom, Media Partners, etc.)

3. Data entry, data mining, and data summarization

4. To study and formulate the sectors in Indonesia which have a high profile and large follower base with great conversion potential.

5. Assist in events proposal and implementation

6. Analysis, reporting, day to day responsibilities for Site Search, training materials, work with Site Strategist & stakeholders on search for specific site areas, push & assist with content projects.



Requirements:

1. Good command of English & Indonesian languages

2. Relevant backgrounds such as marketing, business analysis, finance / accounting.

3. Ability to work in a team & willingness to learn

4. Possess great communication skills

5. Analytical skill to create statistical reporting & financial reporting from the research / data mined of current and prospecting partners
