A. Customer support engineer



1. Pendidikan D3/S1 diutamakan S1.

2. Mengerti konsep jaringan Switch, router, firewall

3. Diutamakan mempunyai CCNA/JNCIA

4. Pengalaman minim 1 th sebagai customer support.

5. Pengalaman di MPLS dan carrier akan menjadi nilai plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement Router, Switch on customer network (telecommunication network and carrier)

2. Implementation and maintenance of a network infrastructure

3. Troubleshoot and address network performance issues or complaints

4. Work with the operations team to conduct scheduled maintenance and enhancements to the platform

5. Diagnose, as appropriate, complex systems issues with multiple influencing factors



Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology

2. Good knowledge in telecommunication and networking

3. Good knowledge of IP Technology such as IPv4/IGP/BGP/VLAN

4. Good knowledge of network devices such as Router/Switches

5. Excellent communication (both oral and written)

6. Possess drive and energy to explore new ways of doing things to improve the network quality

7. Able to work with minimum or no supervision

8. CCNA/JNCIA/JNCIS or telecommunication knowledge will be great advantage

9. MPLS technology will be high plus

10. Willing to learn new things by self-study, on-the-job training as well as through formal training
