klo boleh ane kasih saran,,klo ente da waktu kosong yg banyak..
usahakan untuk sit up n push up sekuat nya..
klo bisa sich 15x per set..

Ndan, ente mo sit up ampe sejuta kali kalo makan ente ga dijaga, tetep sia2.
Makan jgn yg berlemak, ganti gula entedgn yg low fat, stop gorengan, mulai makan yg rebus2. Baru ditambah latihan + suplement.
