Thumbs up Bubur Daging Jamur


Perkiraan Waktu Pembuatan : 60 Menit

Bahan-Bahan :

200
gram beras pulen, cuci, tiriskan
750
ml air
1 lembar daun salam
1
sendok teh garam
3 sendok makan Nestl� DANCOW NUTRIGOLD

Membuat daging tumis:
1 sendok makan minyak sayur
1 siung bawang putih,cincang halus
2
butir bawang merah, cincang halus
5 buah jamur merang, potong kecil
150 gram daging sapi cincang
2 sendok makan saus tiram
1 sendok makan kecap manis
sendok teh merica bubuk
1 sendok teh garam

Pelengkap:

butir telur ayam rebus, kupas, potong-potong

Cara Mengolah :

1. Rebus beras bersama air, daun salam, dan garam hingga beras lunak dan kental.
2. Angkat. Selagi panas, tambahkan susu DANCOW, aduk rata.
3. Daging Tumis:Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga layu.
4. Masukkan jamur, aduk hinggga layu.
5. Masukkan bumbu, aduk hingga daging matang. Angkat.
6. Taruh bubur dalam mangkuk saji.
7. Beri Daging Tumis dan sajikan dengan Pelengkapnya.


Tips:

- Agar tidak berminyak, gunakan daging cincang dengan sedikit lemak,
masak hingga semuanya matang dan agak kering.
