Default Bistik Daging

Bahan-Bahan :
250 gram daging has dalam sapi, iris tipis
2 sendok makan margarin
100 ml air

Bumbu, aduk rata:
2 sendok makan saus BBQ
1 sendok makan kecap manis
2 sendok makan MAGGI� Seasoning
1 sendok makan NESTLE� DANCOW Fullcream
� sendok teh merica bubuk
� sendok teh pala bubuk
� sendok teh gula pasir
1 sendok teh garam

bahan pelengkap:
200 gram Kentang Goreng
200 gram Setup Sayuran
4 lembar Daun Selada

Cara Mengolah :

1. Pukul-pukul atau tusuki daging dengan garpu hingga agak pipih.
2. Campur daging dengan Bumbu sambil remas-remas hingga rata. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
3. Lelehkan margarin, masak daging berikut bumbu perendamnya hingga berubah warna.
4. Masukkan air, masak hingga daging matang.
5. Angkat, sajikan dengan Pelengkapnya.


Tips:
- Sebelum diiris bersihkan potongan daging has dalam sapi dari lemak dan jaringan lemak yang putih keras agar lebih cepat empuk.
- Untuk mendapatkan rasa bumbu yang meresap, setelah diaduk dengan bumbu simpan daging dalam wadah bertutup di lemari es selama 1-2 jam.
