Resep Minuman: Guava Cheese Cup

Paduan jambu biji dan keju krim membuat dessert yang satu ini sangat unik rasanya. Manis-manis gurih dengan segar asam buah. Pokoknya yummy!

Bahan:
125 ml jus guava
15 g gelatine bubuk
1 sdt kulit jeruk nipis/lemon parut
100 ml cream cheese
150 ml yoghurt plain
3 putih telur ayam
50 g gula pasir
Hiasan:
Buah segar

Cara membuat:


  • Aduk guava juice dan gelatine hingga larut. Tim hingga bening. Sisihkan.
  • Kocok putih telur dan gula hingga kaku.
  • Tambahkan yoghurt, cream cheese, dan kulit jeruk. Kocok rata.
  • Tuangkan larutan gelatine, kocok rata.
  • Tuang ke dalam gelas-gelas saji.
  • Simpan dalam lemari es hingga membeku.
  • Sajikan dengan hiasan buah segar.
