Default Botok Ikan Tengiri



Ikan tenggiri tak hanya lezat diolah sebagai otak-otak, dibuat balado, atau digoreng kering. Cobalah sesekali mengolahnya sebagai botok.

Bahan:

1 ekor ikan tenggiri, potong-potong, cuci bersih
100 ml kelapa dari � btr kelapa parut
2 bh cabai hijau, potong miring
15 bh cabai rawit, potong-potong
daun pisang, untuk membungkus

Haluskan:
2 siung bawang putih
5 bh bawang merah
1 sdt ketumbar
1 lbr daun jeruk
garam secukupnya

Cara membuat:
1. Aduk semua bahan hingga rata. Diamkan 15 menit.
2. Sendokkan ke atas daun pisang, bungkus, semat dengan lidi. Kukus selama 30 menit.
3. Angkat lalu hidangkan dengan nasi hangat.
