kok klo pake laptop ane yg blm open DNS ga bisa buka ceriwis ya, alesannya diblok karena ada situs pornonya... bener ga sh??

saya pake mobile broadband ndan, gak bisa, ganti dns mau jumping atau apapun gak bisa tetap di blokir, terpaksa saya pake proxy or VPN buat buka situs ini
