Sell : Yamaha Silent Piano LU 90 PE, Rare piano, no available stock in Indonesia. I will move and I have to sell some of my properties. If you are staying in the apartment, then it will be a great piano for you. Whenever you want to play and to practice in the night, just switch the digital pedal on and the piano will turn into a digital piano. You just use headphone and do not have to disturb others with your practice. This is original acoustic piano and the keyboard is made of wood as in original acoustic piano. So this is not a digital piano like clavinova which has light keyboard strokes.

Piano condition is 95 percent like new, 2 years piano from the music teacher. regular tuning and cleaning every 3 months is continuously done.
