Agen Bola Terpercaya Cityholidaybet Reported - Napoli have been dealt a significant injury blow with the news that Lorenzo Insigne will likely miss the rest of the season thanks to a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament.
The Italy international was substituted after just 25 minutes of action during his side's 1-0 victory over Fiorentina at the Artemio Franchi on Sunday.
The severity of the injury has now been confirmed and Napoli expect the player to be out for six months, with the forward to undergo surgery in the coming days on his right knee.
"A rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee," a club statement read.
"This is the outcome of diagnostic tests for Lorenzo Insigne this morning.
"Accompanied by Dr D'Andrea, he went to Villa Stuart of Professor Mariani for clinical examinations after the accident in Florence."
