3.14.6. The Customer agrees to undergo a supplementary expert examination of the trading account, if it has been revealed that the trading methods of the Customer include opening and closing/opening lock positions with a less than 5-minute interval between them. In accord to the results of the supplementary examination the Company reserves the right to correct the outcome of the Customer’s trading by the sum total of such orders.

3.14.6. Klien setuju untuk menjalani pemeriksaan tambahan pada akun trading, jika terungkap bahwa metode trading Klien itermasuk pembukaan/penutupan posisi penguncian (lock) dengan kurang dari 5-menit interval di antaranya. Sesuai dengan hasil pemeriksaan tambahan perusahaan memiliki hak untuk memperbaiki hasil trading Klien dengan jumlah total order yang demikian.

3.15.5. Amid normal market conditions the Company secures that after the last position close the balance of the trading account will be 0% - 10% of the margin needed to cover this last forcedly closed position. The Company reserves the right to restore the negative account balance of a Customer with the funds available in another account owned by the Customer, if the balance has turned negative in the result of a strong price movement (as a rule, in cases described in the Clause 5.9.).

3.15.5. Di tengah kondisi pasar yang normal Perusahaan menjamin bahwa setelah penutupan posisi terakhir saldo akun trading akan menjadi 0% - 10% dari margin yang dibutuhkan untuk menutupi posisi yang ditutup secara paksa yang terakhir. Perusahaan memiliki hak untuk mengembalikan saldo akun negatif Klien dengan dana yang tersedia pada akun lainnya yang dimiliki oleh Klien, jika saldo telah berubah menjadi negatif karena pergerakan harga yang kuat (sebagai aturannya, aturan yang dijelaskan pada paragraf 5.9.).

5.9. The present Agreement forbids use of strategies oriented on the profit extraction by means of intentionally creating the situations, when one of the Customer's or a group of Customers’ account turns to negative balance, including the situation when the accounts are opened under the names of different persons, invariably being the part of one trading strategy. In case of revealing implementation of such trading strategies, the Company reserves the right to apply the Clause 3.15.5. of the present Agreement.

5.9. Perjanjian ini melarang penggunaan strategi yang terorientasi pada penurunan profit dengan merekayasa situasi ketika salah akun satu klien atau sejumlah klien berubah menjadi saldo negatif, termasuk situasi dimana akun dibuka dengan nama yang berbeda, tanpa kecuali menjadi bagian dalam strategi. Jika dilakukan pengungkapan strategi seperti ini, perusahaan berhak melakukan yang tertera di pasal 3.15.5 di perjanjian saat ini.

5.12. When the price change, connected with the a difference between the instrument last price at market close and the instrument first price at market open, or connected with news release, leads to a profit higher than 10% of the initial deposit, the Company reserves the right to use correction of such trade financial result in the size proportionate to the difference of the abovementioned prices in pips, by means of deducting the funds with the comment "Clause 5.12. correction". In certain cases it is at the Company’s discretion to set the minimal profit change below a 10% level (of the initial deposit).

5.12. Saat harga berubah, yang berhubungan dengan permintaan antara intstrumen harag terakhir di penutupan pasar dan intrumen harga pertama di pembukaan pasar, atau berhubungan dengan rilis berita yang mempengaruhi profit lebih tinggi dari 10% dari deposit awal, perusahaan berhak untuk membuat koreksi pada hasil deal sebanyak nilai yang pantas untuk perbedaan yang tersebut diatas dengan cara mengurangi dana dengan catatan berikut; "Clause 5.12 correction".

7.7.1. The Customer undertakes risks connected with disestablishment of payment systems. If the electronic payment system ceased to exist, the Company deducts funds from the Customer account in the amount deposited through this system.

7.7.1. Klien menanggung resiko yang berhubungan dengan tidak berjalannya sistem pembayaran. Apabila sistem pembayaran elektronik apapun terhapuskan, perusahaan menluliskan dana yang didepositokan menggunakan sistem pembayaran tersebut dari akun trading klien.
