in order to loose weight, I think the most important is the way you have meal.
I will show you the way:
- Don't even think about skipping breakfast
- Eat 3 meals per day but big breakfast, medium lunch, light dinner and mix with large amount of vegetables and fruit (you can use avocados for salad, this is very healthy and good for your purpose, it's really delicious. - Eat in front of mirror, this is just a tip ))
- Eat less white food (rice, wheat, bread,...)
