Job Description :
In this position, you will be dealing with our merchants to ensure the on-time and accurate fulfillment of orders. Reporting to Head of Operations, key responsibilities include:
1. Tracking orders and their fulfillment status with merchants
2. Managing inventory for stocked items
3. Resolving quality problems with merchants
4. Communicate tactical issues to merchants
5. Reporting current state of merchants to management
6. Making analysis on individual Merchant’s performance

Requirement :
1. Possessing Diploma (D3) degree or higher of any major
2. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in procurement related position.
3. Possess Good inter-personal skills
4. Willing to perform other tasks as assigned.
5. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
6. Hard working, well organized, able to work in a team.
