The green bits are... I don't know. But they taste awesome.

The red bits are adzuki beans, they're sweet and also awesome.

Plus ice, condensed milk, brown sugar, and who knows what else

= a whole bowl full of cold awesomeness on a hot day.

In an old school little dessert cafe that looks like it's been there forever.

Is it the green thingy nice or the drink or we can call it the soup.Or both must be eaten together only we call super nice melon!



melon must eat with the soup which is cold.This will be a good stuff for us when we feel thirsty

NONONO,this is what I always feel.Good food or good desserts .All those shop definitely wont be in a restaurant.They will be at some places where we say unhygienic,but the stuff when we you swallow into your mouth ,I can tell you it will be simply Awesome !! Trust Me this is true.I don't other states in Malaysia,but what I know is mostly this will happen in Penang Island! [WTF!!!]





For THE REAL melon INDONESIA!!!

melon MONAPO ( Moka, Nangka dan ALPOKAT)



For Cara Buat melon :

Bahan melon:



* 50 gr tepung beras

* 25 gr tepung sagu

* 1 sdt gula pasir

* 1/4 sdt garam

* 300 ml air

* 2 sdt air kapur sirih

* 50 ml campuran air daun suji dan daun pandan



Pelengkap:



* sirup moka

* 750 ml santan matang

* 2 bh alpukat matang, keruk dagingnya

* es serut

* susu kental manis rasa cokelat

* 50 gr nangka, potong panjang



Cara membuat:



1. Buat melon: aduk rata tepung beras, tepung sagu, gula dan garam.

2. Tuang sebagian air, air kapur sirih, campuran air daun suji dan daun pandan, aduk rata.

3. Siapkan saringan atau cetakan melon di atas baskom berisi air dingin matang, sisihkan.

4. Didihkan sisa air, tuang adonan tepung.

5. Sambil terus diaduk sampai matang dan mengkilat, angkat.

6. Kemudian tuang sedikit-sedikit di atas saringan.

7. Sambil ditekan-tekan dengan sendok kayu hingga adonan keluar.

8. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.

9. Sajikan dalam gelas: sirup moka, melon, nangka,dan alpukat.

10. Beri es serut dan susu kental manis.
