HELP windows [kompi.nya knp yaa]

buat agan2 sxan, saia mau nanya nii tentang permasalahan komputer kompi & sekiranya dpt membantu saia dr trouble ini ..

Jadi gini, knp yaa kompii saya setiap dinyalakan muncul gambar sprti ini

" Lalu ada pilihan Resolve Now & Resolve Later, krna saia jg bingung saya pilih Resolve Later saja..

Setelah saya masuk ke desktop utama, tetapi backgroundnya malah berwarna HITAM polos & setiap saya ganti background laen bs cm klo keesokannya saya nyalakan kompi lg balik ke HITAM lg..

Udah gt setiap 45 menit muncul icon sperti ini http://s832.photobucket.com/albums/z...t=IMG00004.jpg yg bertuliskan " Windows Genuine Advantage. Your System may be at risk.
