Tara Miller, seorang fotografer komersial yang bekerja dengan suaminya di 100 Acre Woods Fotografi, memiliki kurang dari 10 persen penglihatan, namun hasil bidikannya berhasil mencapai lima besar.

Bidikan Miller terhadap badai petir diatas lahan bunga matahari saat matahari terbenam, disebut Twilight yang kebetulan, juga memenangkan penampilan terbaik dan cetakan warna terbaik di Salon Fotografi Red River Exhibition 2011.

Tampaknya mustahil bagi orang buta untuk membidik foto. Tapi Miller menjelaskan bahwa dia membuat kekurangan penglihatannya dengan indranya yang lain. Ketika dia memfoto satwa liar, ia menggunakan pendengaran yang luar biasa untuk bekerja di mana burung-burung atau hewan tersebut berada. Ketika dia memfoto di luar ruangan, dia bergantung pada kecerahan dan bayangan untuk bingkai foto dan bergantung pada memori untuk hal-hal tersebut.
Dia hanya melihat satu titik kecil jelas dengan mata kirinya, dan itu adalah membantu dengan bidikan close-up.
Dia juga bergantung pada keluarga untuk membantunya "melihat" sesuatu. Anak lali-lakinya yg berusia 12 tahun membantunya memfoto gamabar yg menang tesebut.
"Saya telah belajar untuk mengantisipasi. Semoga, saat aku pulang dan melihat gambar saya sebagaimana setiap fotografer lain lakukan, kita semua berharap kita telah menangkap hal itu.
