Cactus birds

Well, i finally got myself a cactus trigger. Pretty cool gadget

And now the birds are coming into the garden again, so i thought i would test the Cactus on some garden birds.

I had my camera on a tripod and the flash was on my right and about a foot lower then the camera.....and offcourse i was inside the house behind the window, since it was rather cold and rainy.

Anyways, this was just a test and im gonna continue to test and see how i can get the birds to pose (as good as is posible with wild birds). Im just gonna try and stick some branches or something in the ground and see if the birds will land on that. But the trigger works and thats a good thing
