Seorang bos tiba2 melakukan sidak ke pabriknya untuk melihat kinerja pegawainya.

Di pabrik ia menemukan seorang pria muda sehat dan segar yg tengah bersandar santai-santai, sementara di ruangan itu semua pegawai sibuk bekerja.

Si bos segera menghampiri pria yg sedang berdiri santai itu dan bertanya, "Berapa gajimu sebulan?"

Dengan sedikit gugup pria itu menatap si bos dan menjawab," hemmm... Rp2 juta pak, emangnya kenapa pak..?"
Si bos lalu mengeluarkan dompetnya dan mengambil lembaran2 pecahan 100 ribuan lalu menyerahkan kpd pria itu sambil berkata, "Ini gajimu 3 bln ke depan, Rp6juta, pesangonmu!! Cepat keluar, pergi dari sini. Jangan balik lag!"

Dengan gugup dan setengah takut pria itu segera meninggalkan tempat itu tanpa banyak bicara.

Lalu dg muka yg berwibawa si bos mendekati pegawai lain yg sejak tadi menyaksikan adegan tsb. "Itulah nasib pekerja yang santai-santai di pabrik saya. Saya berhentikan saat ini juga. Tidak ada tawar-menawar.
Kalian semua MENGERTI ?!?!? OK, adakah yang tahu dari divisi mana pemuda itu?" tanyanya.

Suasana jadi hening sampai akhirnya seorang staf menjawab dg sedikit ketakutan, "Ia tidak bekerja disini pak, ia adalah pengantar pizza yg mengantar pesanan dan sedang menunggu bayaran dari saya..."
