LEICESTER - Peristiwa memalukan dialami oleh Wali Kota Leicester, Inggris saat melakukan kunjungan ke perpustakaan setempat. Saat melakukan kunjungan, tiba-tiba celana yang dipakai Wali Kota Colin Hall, tiba-tiba saja merosot.

Kunjungan yang dilakukan ke perpustakaan Southfields di Leicester, tentunya menyisakan rasa malu bagi Wali Kota Hall. Melalui juru bicaranya, Wali Kota Hall menyatakan permintaan maaf atas insiden yang mencoreng mukanya tersebut.

Kejadian ini berlangsung karena Wali Kota tidak mengunakan sabuk celana. Tidak sadar karena celana yang ia kenakan longgar, Wali Kota Hall harus menanggung malu ketika celananya merosot dan memaksa siapapun yang menyaksikan kejadian tersebut melihat celana dalamnya. Demikian dilansir the Daily Telegraph, Jumat (2/7/2010).

"Wali Kota Leicester Colin Hall, menghadiri sebuah perpustakaan lokal kemarin di mana dia mengalami masalah sial dengan celananya. Dia tidak mengenakan sabuk dan celana panjangnya terlepas dan jatuh," ucap Juru Bicara Wali Kota Colin Hall.
