Biografi :Sarah Azhari lahir di Jakarta, 16 Juni 1977.

Karirnya lebih dominan sebagai bintang pangung dunia model, meski dirinya juga menjadi bintang film. Salah satu filmnya di antaranya film garapan sutradara, Garin Nugroho, DAUN DI ATAS BANTAL yang dibintanginya bersama aktris senior Christine Hakim.
Sarah terbilang kontroversial dan penuh sensasional, kasus pemukulan yang dilakukannya terhadap Navis Qurtubi, seorang wartawan infortaimen pada 12 Juli 2005 di Studio Penta SCTV, berbuntut panjang.

Sarah akhirnya diganjar vonis empat bulan penjara, meski ibu dari Albany Ray ini, belum bisa menerima vonis pengadilan dan berniat mengajukan banding sampai tingkat Makamah.







Kembali menjadi berita sensasional di akhir bulan November 2008, dengan munculnya foto bugil Sarah dan adiknya, Rahma Azhari yang beredar luas di internet. Bahkan akhirnya kasus ini menyeret juga pakar telematika Roy Suryo.

Sarah akhirnya diperiksa oleh pihak yang berwajib, terkait dengan beredarnya foto bugil kakak beradik ini. Dalam perkembangan kasus ini, Sarah juga melaporkan Roy Suryo dengan tuduhan pencemaran nama baik.
