Resep Masakan Es Krim Coklat

Bahan :
  • 1/4 mangkok coklat
  • 1/2 mangkok gula pasir
  • 3 butir telur kuning
  • 1/2 cangkir susu cair
  • 2 sdk mkn tepung maizena
  • vanili secukupnya
Cara membuat :
  • Masak gula pasir, susu dan vanili hingga mendidih.
  • Campurkan dengan tepung maizina, coklat dan air.
  • Masukkan kunung telus dan susu sedikit demi sedikit kemudian rebus lagi hingga mendidih.
  • Setelah mendidih, angkat dan diamkan hingga panas berkurang.
  • Masukkan kedalam lemari es.
  • Jika sudah keras berarti es krim Anda siap dihidangkan.
