Default Ayam Panggang Labu



Sajian panggang ini cocok disantap di malam hari. Ayam dengan rendaman bumbu yang meresap membuat rasa daging ayam makin gurih enak. Tambahan labu yang legit membuat sajian ini komplet rasanya. Selain itu nutrisinya pun jadi makin komplet!

Bahan:

1/2 ekor ayam, potong 4 bagian
200 g labu kuning kobucha, iris membujur tipis
5 buah tomat ceri
5 buah okra
Bumbu perendam, aduk rata:
2 sdm minyak sayur
1 sdm saus BBQ
3 sdm kecap Jepang
1 siung bawang putih, parut
1 butir bawang merah, cincang halus
1 sdm air jeruk nipis
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt gula pasir

Cara membuat:

  • Aduk potongan ayam dengan Bumbu perendam dan biarkan selama 30 menit.
  • Panaskan panggangan atau wajan datar.
  • Masak ayam hingga matang kedua sisinya.
  • Rendam sayuran dengan sisa bumbu dan masak hingga keokelatan dan layu atau matang.
  • Angkat dan sajikan hangat.
