Default Selada Udang Segar




Bahan:
1 ikat daun selada romaince
300 gr daging buah jeruk mandarin, kupas
500 gr udang ukuran sedang, kupas, tinggalkan ekornya, rebus sebentar
500 gr apel merah, potong dadu
1 sdm daun ketumbar cincang
� sdm daun mint
100 gr kacang mete, goreng

Saus:
4 sdm yogurt tawar
4 sdm air jeruk lemon
4 sdm madu
1 sdm mustard pasta
2 sdm minyak zaitun
� sdt merica hitam, tumbuk kasar

Cara membuat:
1. Siapkan wadah saji, beri potongan daun selada, daging jeruk mandarin, udang dan apel, simpan dalam lemari es, hingga akan disajikan. Sisihkan.
2. Campur semua bahan saus sampai rata.
3. Keluarkan bahan salad, siram dengan saus aduk rata. Taburi dengan kacang mete, daun mint, dan daun ketumbar. Sajikan segera.
