Default Lepet Pisang


Bahan:
  • 375 gram pisang nangka, cincang kasar
  • 100 gram gula merah, disisir halus
  • 100 gram kelapa parut
  • 10 mata nangka, potong kotak
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • daun kelapa muda
Cara membuat:
  1. Lilitkan daun kelapa untuk bungkus lepet.
  2. Campur semua bahan lalu masukkan dalam wadah daun kelapa.
  3. Tutupkan ujungnya dengan cara diikat.
  4. Kukus sampai matang.
untuk 12 buah
