TEGUCIGALPA, KOMPAS.com - Semua penumpang sebanyak 14 orang, tiga di antaranya warga Amerika Serikat, tewas setelah pesawat kecil yang mereka tumpangi jatuh di dekat ibukota Honduras, Tegucigalpa, Minggu (14/2/2011).

Pesawat bermesin ganda tipe Let L-410 itu menerbangu rute reguler dari San Pedro Suladi di Hondura bagian utara menuju ketika jatuh di las Mesitas, 20 Km di utara Tegucigalpa.

"Laporan terakhir yang kami terima, pilot berada di wilayah dengan pemandangan kurang jelas ketika dia mencoba menuju landasan," ujar pejabat berwenang.
