Default Steak Tempe, Menu Alternatif di Rumah




Menu tempe di rumah masih sama seperti kemarin? Tempe dicelupkan di air garam lalu ditumis? Hm, coba varias lain yakni steak tempe. Khusus buat vegeter (orang vegetarian), maka bahan yang disiapkan saus tiram vegetarian, kecap manis, kecap asin, minyak wijen, gula, pala bubuk, lada hitam, dan garam.

Cara memasaknya, campurkan saus tiram dengan satu sendok makan kecap asin dan manis, satu sendok makan minyak wijen, setengah sendok teh gula dan garam, serta pala bubuk. Kemudian campur air kaldu sayuran dan lada hitam.


Setelah semua bahan dicampur lalu masukkan tempe. Kemudian tempe ditumis kurang lebih selama 15 menit. Menurut Cindy, praktisi vegetarian, menu ini kaya gizi. "Vitamin, protein, dan gizi tak kalah dengan steak yang lain," jelas Cindy di Dharma Kitchen Restaurant, Jakarta, belum lama ini.


Selesai menggoreng tempe, maka berikutnya adalah menumis brokoli, jagung, kentang, dan wortel dicampur lada hitam. Setelah matang, tumisan sayuran dan tempe dihidangkan di piring. Terakhir, kuah rendaman tempe tadi dibuat saos steak.


Hidangan pun siap disantap. Cindy mengatakan, menu ini mengandung serat yang sangat bagus buat tubuh. Bagi yang non-vegetarian, bisa menggunakan saus tiram biasa.

tempe itu paling enak digoreng kering, dimakan sama kecap + sambel. MAKNYUSSSSSSSS

Bisa dicoba nih untuk variasi agar gak bosan juga....selain itu juga lebih hemat tetapi tetap bergizi.
