Disappointed with Air Asia X
Just wanna share my BAD experience with Air Asia X, flight D7 281 from Christchurch to Kuala Lumpur on 14th January 2012. On the flight from CHC to KUL, I found it rather strange in terms of calling out the row order for boarding. I thought Premium Seats were supposed to board in first, BUT they actually filled in back row first, made the Premium seats passengers left out as the last one to enter the aircraft. Anyway it�s not a big deal, as long as we got into the plane. Moreover later on the plane, I found a crew using unattended Premium Seat next to me, which was originally I booked and paid for my friend who couldn't make the trip to Christchurch from the very beginning. The empty seat should have been mine because I had paid for the seat at certain fee and I suppose it shouldn't be used by others, either Air Asia crew or other passengers. I think Air Asia X should return the fund to me for using the seat I had paid, and supposedly it should have been left unattended. And about the last 15 minutes before landing, suddenly the crew woke up and went to the back and never came back, then a Chinese lady, whom I also didn't know at all, took over the seat, and funny thing is that she was also the first person who I noticed to be boarding into the aircraft before anybody else while we were waiting for our turn to board when we were in Christchurch airport, with the help of some Air Asia crew in Christchurch. Then she was the first one to jump out the aircraft before anybody else. Air Asia X, please explain this with reasonable reasons. Thank You! Looking forward to receiving your immediate response.
