1. Soal masalah transfer, kalo transferan nya ga langsung masuk k rekening ane, agan harus tunjukin bukti transfernya lengkap gan, baru ane bisa kirim kode vouchernya ke agan..



2. Perhatikan lagi kode vouchernya, jika ga bisa masuk, dicoba dulu, mungkin angka 5 tertukar oleh huruf S dan juga sebaliknya, begitu juga angka nol (0) tertukar dengan huruf O dan juga sebaliknya, karena terkadang ane buru2 jd salah gan..



3. Bagi pembeli voucher eceran, kode dalam SMS, huruf (O) akan ditulis menggunakankurung, sedangkan angka nol (0) akan ditulis (nol), contoh CHOL0 akan ditulis menjadi CH(O)L(nol)

Andaikata kode vouchernya tidak bisa sama sekali, ane bakal nunjukin screenshot vouchernya gan, biar agan percaya kalo ane ga boonk, ane bakal semaksimal mungkin berusaha agar thu voucher bisa dipakai, tp ane ga bisa bertanggung jawab lagi kalau kode vouchernya sama sekali ga bisa dipakai gan, masalahnya ane dapet dari sononya jg begitu gan, tapi sampai saat ini c belum ada yg gagal gan..

6. MR. NOO beli pocer, dy gtw ap2, gesek pocer, tnyta kodeny sama ma punya MR. OON, pas dipake, eh invalid pocer sudah terpakai!

7. Protes donk sama seller..

8. Seller coba bantu semaksimal mungkin, bisa dengan contact atasan, ato k pihak penyelenggara lsg..



9. Pihak penyelenggara kasi info, kalo pocer udah terpakai, oleh ID : blablabla, dipakai tanggal : 22-12-2010 pukul : 17.56

10. Seller memberitahu ke MR. NOO, MR. NOO shock dan pingsan..
