FASHION BRAND MANAGER (FBM)



RESPONSIBILITIES :

� Works with Business development manager on OTB, buy template, inventory management and retail budget plan

� Developing merchandising strategies and goals taking into consideration customer profile, resource structure, fashion trends, items and price points

� Data analysis and interpretation to guide and take appropriate action towards achieving sales and profit

� Determines discounts, markdowns on merchandise

� Co-ordinates with buyers from dept stores on mechanics and promotions

� Plans and allocates sale stocks to outlets

� Sales monitoring and ensures outlets are sufficiently stocked

� Sell-thru reports and analysis

� Collaborating with marketing & communications team in preparing advertising and promotion strategies, plans and schedules and perform post-mortem analysis to aid future planning

� Establishing & maintaining effective communications and working relationship with internal departments, sales team, warehouse, finance, vendors and suppliers

� Plans for the launch of collections/capsules

� Marketing and promotions for seasonal launches � Promo mechanics, GWPs, etc.

� Supports Marcom on seasonal launch activities & events, eg. Fashion shows

� VM - Supports and co-ordinates VM changes for seasonal launches

� VM merchandise displays at outlets



REQUIREMENT :

1. Male / Female max 35 years old

2. Bachelor degree all major, preferably from Fashion Marketing or Fashion Business

3. Min 2 years in managerial experience with proven record in fashion retail industry

4. IT-Savvy, proficient with MS Office

5. Fashion savvy and has an eye for details

6. Possess good attitude & self-motivation

7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team

8. Posses good communication & writing skills

9. Ability to multi-task and excel in as fast-paced environment

10. Fluent in english (Written and Spoken)

11. Willing to travel and willing to be stationed in Jakarta Barat





HEAD of GARMENT PRODUCTION (HGP)



RESPONSIBILITIES :

� Directs the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods for new or existing products and technologies

� Make a plan to reach a production target

� Make a planning schedule per day, per week, and per month

� Control the man power to match the target

� Control production division to make sure all process meet target

� Develop discipline and employee responsibility

� Make decision and give solution for problems that arise in production



REQUIREMENT :

1. Male / Female max 35 years old

2. Bachelor degree all major, preferably from Textile Art and Design (Kriya Tekstil) or Industrial Engineering

3. Min 2 years experience in managerial level from production division in garment industry

4. Good knowledge in garment construction, pattern and fitting in woven

5. Have strong leadership, good communication, creative, and analitycal thinking

6. Fluent in english (Written and Spoken)

7. Willing to travel

8. Willing to be stationed in Kawasan Industri Jatake Tangerang



ACCOUNTING MANAGER (AM)



REQUIREMENT :

1. Male / Female max 37 years old

2. Bachelor Degree from Accounting

3. Min 3 Years Experience as Accounting Manager, Preferably Has Experience in Retail Industry

4. Having Tax Brevet A / B Certification

5. Experience in Handling Cost Accounting, Finance Reports, Tax, Depreciation, A/R, and A/P

6. Have Analitycal Thinking, Orientation to Details, Honest, Hard Working and Able to Perform Under Pressure

7. Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)

8. Willing to be Stationed in Jakarta Barat



FASHION DESIGNER (FD)



REQUIREMENT :

1. Male or Female, Max 35 Years Old

2. Min D3 Fashion Design

3. Min 2 Years Experience as Fashion Designer in Fashion Retail

4. Good Personality and Fashionable Performance

5. Have Basic Knowledge for Fabric and Sewing Technique

6. Advanced Understanding in Graphic Design (Photoshop, Corel Draw, Free Hand, dan Adobe Illustrator)

7. Creative, Innovative and Detail Oriented

8. Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)



GRAPHIC DESIGNER (GD)



REQUIREMENT :

1. Male or Female, Max 30 Years Old

2. Bachelor Degree From Graphic Design

3. Min 1 Year Experience as Graphic Design

4. Advanced Understanding in Graphic Design (Photoshop, Corel Draw, Free Hand, dan Adobe Illustrator)

5. Understand the process of making website is preferable

6. Creative, Innovative and Detail Oriented

PATTERN MAKER (PM)



REQUIREMENT :

2. Min D3 Pattern Design

4. Able to Make Pattern and Grading Pattern Manually

5. Creative, Innovative and Detail Oriented

PATTERN GRADING (PG)



Persyaratan:

1. Laki-laki/ perempuan, Maks 30 tahun

2. Min SMK Tata Busana

3. Minimal Pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Grading di Perusahaan Fashion Retail

KUALIFIKASI :

1. Pria, Maksimal Usia 30 Tahun

2. Lulusan SMA / SMK

3. Memiliki Pengalaman Minimal selama 1 Tahun sebagai QC Garment

4. Mengerti Jalannya Produksi Industri Garment

5. Mengerti Hasil Jahitan Pakaian

6. Mampu Bertanggung Jawab dengan Jahitan pada Subcont

7. Jujur, Teliti, dan Pekerja Keras

8. Memiliki SIM C dan Kendaraan Motor
