OFFICE MANAGER (Perusahaan Retail Fashion)

Responsibilities:

� Manage and lead a small office (up to 5 people), and ensure office runs well (opens on time, etc)

� Represent company well to clients



Requirements:

� Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Taxation or equivalent.

� Woman, age 25-35yrs

� Preferably Managers who at least have 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

� Understand social media through internet/smart phones

� Neat, organized, intelligent, not afraid of numbers

� Can do basic book keeping, petty cash, financial reports, tax reports

� Willing to work outside office hours if necessary

� Integrity and honesty is 100% required

� Can revise standard operating procedures, and IMPLEMENT SOP

� Career-oriented

� Computer (MS Office) and Internet-savvy

� Attention to detail

� Quick learner

� Understand marketing, customer service, have people skills

� Innovative

� Office Hour : Mon � Fri 09.00 � 18.00

Sat 09.00 � 14.00 (twice a month)
